How do you relax?

    I like going for walks with my dog - I find the fresh air very very soothing and it can give me time to think and put things in perspective. Kind of get your mind in order?

    I find sleep is the best thing for me to cope with my phobias and anxiety issues - I always try, but regularly fail, to get 8 hours a night. I can feel my anxiety levels rising when I have a lack of sleep.

    Sleep is VITAL when looking to battle phobias and anxiety - the last thing you want is to wake up tense and anxious first thing in the morning, not a good start to the day!

    Is it ok to use sleeping tablets if you struggle getting to sleep at night?

    Doing things with the family relaxes me

    Walks with my dog blow the cobwebs away for me :)
